Getting Started¶
Log in to Administry¶
To access Administry, you need login credentials. Ask your organization’s officers or other leaders for more information. They will create an account for you and email you with a username and password. You will also need an Agency ID, a short number that uniquely identifies your agency. Please note that a valid email address is required to use Administry.
Once you have your login credentials, log in! Be sure to update your password as soon as possible.
After successfully logging in, you should see the Dashboard. This screen puts several important pieces of information at your fingertips – your recent clients, a list of caseworkers currently on call, a list of downloadable resources, and key stats about your agency’s work.

Working with Clients¶
- Search for a client.
- View information about a client.
- Add a new client.
- Add a new pledge.
- Add an action.
- Add notes for other caseworkers.
- Add client flags.
