Adding ActionsΒΆ
An Action is any non-pledge assistance provided to a client, including food, gas cards, and referrals to other agencies. Actions are categorized by Services - that is, an Action is made for a Service, much like a Pledge is made to a Vendor.
- Log into Administry and search for the client.
- Click on the menu button at the top of the Action History box.
- Once the Add New Action box loads, select the appropriate service from the dropdown list.
- Set the date the action was taken.
- The note field is optional, and provides a place to add additional explanation about the action.
- Click Save & Close.
If a service does not appear in the dropdown list, it should be added as a note instead. Close the Add a New Action window without saving, and see Adding client notes. You may also want to contact an agency administrator to add the action to the service list.
