Adding ActionsΒΆ

An Action is any non-pledge assistance provided to a client, including food, gas cards, and referrals to other agencies. Actions are categorized by Services - that is, an Action is made for a Service, much like a Pledge is made to a Vendor.

  1. Log into Administry and search for the client.
  2. Click on the menu button at the top of the Action History box.
  3. Once the Add New Action box loads, select the appropriate service from the dropdown list.
  4. Set the date the action was taken.
  5. The note field is optional, and provides a place to add additional explanation about the action.
  6. Click Save & Close.

If a service does not appear in the dropdown list, it should be added as a note instead. Close the Add a New Action window without saving, and see Adding client notes. You may also want to contact an agency administrator to add the action to the service list.
